I have owned and operated across furniture retail, landscaping, construction, pallet manufacturing, and appliance service. I ran commercial renovation as a superintendent, rebuilding CVS stores across seven states, which meant walking into a new operation constantly and figuring out fast what made it work. I have been an insurance agent and a State Farm and Liberty Mutual adjuster. I helped start 225 Trade Group, where I have worked directly with more than 450 business owners. I have spent time on film sets and in media and delivery ventures of my own. And I spent four years studying trust and estate structure, because what happens to a business after the owner steps back is the part most people never plan for.

I have also consulted with business owners in difficult situations, and that taught me one of the most important lessons of my career: owners often wait too long to ask for help. By the time someone finally reaches out, the business can already be under severe financial or operational pressure, which limits the number of good options left. That experience shaped this company. I would rather help an owner identify the problems while there is still time, cash flow, leverage, and choice.
